Description
Make yourself a cup of hot cocoa and get ready to curl up in front of the fire because we have the perfect holiday cookie recipe for you. These chestnut cookies require just 5 ingredients and are ready in less than an hour. We recommend using whole chestnuts that you boil and mash yourself as opposed to buying chestnut puree in order to get the must warm chestnut flavor into the cookies. Dunk in your cocoa or tea for a sweet nighttime treat.

Really tasty cookies and it smells very nice when you cook them.
However, I used chestnut purée and the taste of the chestnut was not so intense. I guess if you use chestnuts will turn out better. You can enjoy them with your coffee.
