- 250 grams cherry tomatoes (small)
- 4 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves (medium, thinly sliced)
- 1 tsp. dried parsley (or any other herb you like)
- 1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese (freshly, plus 3 tbsp mozzarella cheese)
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt (or to taste)
- 1 tsp. freshly ground pepper (or to taste)
