- 1 cup cherries (chopped fine, drained from the juice)
- 1/2 tsp. cherry juice
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
- 1/4 cup amaretto liqueur
- 2 boxes confectioners’ sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream (or 1/2 making sure right amount of mositure not to thin spreadable)
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. cherry juice
