This recipe looked like it was exactly what I was looking for. I made cheesecake with my sous vide and wanted to have a cherry topping option. I'm not sure if the measurements in the recipe are correct? It turned our like cherry jello with a quarter of the amount of required water. I looked around at more recipes this morning and they all use quite a bit less cornstarch and more liquid? Maybe the author will double-check the recipe to see if the quantities are correct.
