- 1 cup self raising flour (130 gm/ 4.60 oz)
- 4 Tbsp. cocoa (dark Dutch cocoa)
- 1/3 cup caster sugar (/ 80 gm/ 2.8 oz)
- 150 grams melted butter (5.4oz)
- 100 grams biscuits (Marie, granita, or any sweet plain biscuit will do, 3.5oz)
- 1 1/2 cups coconut (desicated unsweetened)
- 300 grams glacé cherries (or a 200 gm bag- the more cherries the more colour, 10.5 oz)
- 400 grams condensed milk (or skim condensed milk, 14.11 oz)
- 150 grams dark chocolate (chopped)
- 100 mL cream (thickened)
