This is really close to a good recipe but it misses the mark due to some bad instructions.
1. Pulse the dried cherries and pistachios in a food processor just a bit to make them smaller pieces and help the biscotti stay together during cutting.
2. Let the partially baked logs cool for 20min at minimum before cutting.
3. Bake the cut biscotti at 275f for 7 minutes, flip, and then another 7 min for the other side (adjust temp for your elevation if you live up in the mountains).
