I loved this recipe. Made with lemon chicken. I used rice select roll brand rice blend. A little pricey but worth it. Not just for holidays.

Overall a great recipe, but (yet again) here’s another posting that no one bothered to proofread. Please compare Step 2 and Step 4. When are the pecans to be stirred-in? I’m assuming that in Step #4, you meant to say parsley. FYI— I used cranberries since I had them on-hand, added cooked chicken at the end, and used extra broth to keep the dish from burning since cooked it longer than called-for in the recipe.
