- 1 can full fat coconut milk (I use the Native Forest Brand as the cans are BPA free. .)
- 1 1/2 cups frozen cherries (frozen is better – trust me on this one)
- vanilla extract (A splash of)
- 1 can full fat coconut milk
- 2 cups pineapple chunks (fresh is great but frozen or canned is ok too)
- 1 Tbsp. honey (it actually enhances the flavor without making it too sweet)
- 1 can full fat coconut milk
- 1 1/2 cups orange juice (fresh squeezed)
- 2 bananas (medium ripe)
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 2 egg yolks (pastured, optional)
