- 1/2 cup almond flour (or meal, grind whole or blanched almonds in a food processor or blender)
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 2 bananas (ripe)
- 2 Tbsp. nut butter (I used Raw Cashew Walnut Butter, but any will work)
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 1/3 cup dried tart cherries
- 3 Tbsp. dark chocolate (chopped, 85% keeps them very low sugar)
- 2 Tbsp. hemp hearts
- 2 Tbsp. sunflower seeds
- 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp. cocoa (nibs)
