- 1/2 Orange (zest)
- cinnamon powder
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. almond powder
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. almonds (laminated )

Directions
- Preheat oven to 360°F.
- Mix the pitted cherries with orange zest and a pinch of cinnamon. Divide into ovenproof serving bowls.
- Prepare the topping by combining the flour, almond powder, sugar and butter (cut into small pieces) in a bowl. Knead until well mixed. Add the slivered almonds and mix.
- Distribute evenly among the bowls with the cherries.
- Bake until golden for about 15-20 minutes.
