- 1 1/2 tsp. dried yeast (fast action, 2 gr;)
- 1 medium egg (beaten;)
- 90 mL skimmed milk (warm semi-)
- 1 lemon
- 25 grams butter (really softened, but not melted - this is for the filling;)
- 65 grams muscovado sugar (light)
- 115 grams dried fruits (we used a mix of dry raisins, apricots, chokeberries and cranberries.)
