- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 150 mL unsweetened soy milk
- 60 mL sparkling water
- 1 Tbsp. vegan butter (melted)
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives
- 1/2 Tbsp. vegan butter
- 100 grams extra firm tofu (drained and pressed. - see note above.)
- 1/2 cup baby spinach (roughly chopped)
- 2 shallots (chopped fine)
- 2 cloves garlic (halved, they will be removed later)
- 1/2 tsp. bouillon powder (marigold vegan, plus more to marinade.)
- freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tsp. vegan butter
- 125 grams soft tofu (1/4 of a pack of Cauldron’s tofu)
- 2 shallots (small, diced fine)
- 1 clove garlic (chopped fine)
- 1 tsp. bouillon powder (marigold vegan, the orange tin)
- 1/2 tsp. dried chives
- freshly ground black pepper
- 6 cherry tomatoes (per person)
