Description
This is an adapted version of my mother's Tuna Cheese Twist. She makes a dough from Bisquick and makes a beautiful braid with the tuna mixture inside. I adapted it to be faster an easier for me and my family. I hope you enjoy! My kids have always loved this dinner!
Ingredients

8 SERVINGS
- 2 cans chunk light tuna
- 1 can black olives (sliced ripe, optional)
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1/4 cup white onion (chopped, we prefer the green onions)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 pkg. cheese crumbles (Velveeta)
- 2 cans croissants
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup milk

Directions
- Heat oven to 425F Lightly grease a baking sheet
- Mix Tuna, Olives, Celery, Green Pepper, Onion, and 1/4 cup of each soup
- Open croissants, one at a time unroll triangle and spoon in approximately 1-2 Tablespoons of tuna mixture to the large end of the croissant. Roll the croissant as usual (It is okay if it doesn't close perfectly) Continue process until all of the tuna mixture is used. Placing each croissant on the baking sheet.
