Perfect for a chilly evening. This was fairly quick to make. I used 2 cans of canned chicken instead of the beef and it was delicious. The flavors were amazing. A definite keeper.

I've made this recipe for several years. I originally found it on Pinterest about 5 years ago. It has become a family favorite.

This soup was so delicious. I added a little extra taco seasoning and a little extra cheese because we love extra cheese and extra taco flavor. We use Fritos instead of tortilla chips.
