“Best quiche you’ve ever made.” - spouse. I didn’t have mushrooms so threw in some tomatoes instead. I also only have time for premade crust. Even with those alterations, I just really liked the method and the cheese on cheese.

I really enjoyed it. I didn't put any mushrooms this time because I didn't have any. It still turned out great ;).
