I added minced garlic and onion. I cooked the squash in the microwave to save time. 12 minutes and then five to let sit ( stuck a knife in it a few times and cooked it whole). I also opted to cook it on top of the stove. I sautéed the onions and garlic in olive oil then added the squash the Alfredo sauce and mozzarella cheese. It was delicious. Served it with baked salmon and a cold broccoli salad.
