Good actually better than I expected. I used a mixed blend of cheeses,fried red onions with red and yelow peppers and cremini mushrooms. Next time I plan to use fresh thyme and a bit of sea salt. The sauce was a great time saver and I did pre cook potatoes as advised so it was done on 50 min.

had in oven cooking for over one and a half hours, still were not cook through.
