These were spectacular. My kids and I enjoyed them with some spaghetti squash and a sauce. I used a mixture of mozzarella, tomato basil cheese and parmesan with Italian sausage as part of the filling. These are so versatile though that you could change the type of seasoning, meat, cheese and name and serve them with a Mexican or cajun flair as well. Perfecto!
