Delicious! I went overboard with the feta because I love it, but it did end up making them pretty salty. We still enjoyed them but I’ll stick the amount of feta the recipe calls for next time 😊

So much flavor in a quesadilla! We alter the ingredients based on what we have. This a great fridge cleaning out meal!
