This is a simple recipe for some seriously delicious soup! I had been sick and living off Panera Broccoli soup - which you can only do for so long - and came across this recipe for a lower carb option. Don’t compare the two, this is way better! Ok, only because I know it’s less heavy, but it really is tasty. I added a little cayenne and more salt and pepper. My husband who generally is not into soup even had a big bowl. I’m guessing it will taste even better tomorrow.
