  • 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese (if not shredding your own, make sure it is gluten free)
  • 16 ounces sour cream (I used light Daisy)
  • 3 avocados (medium ripe, peeled and cubed)
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 tomato (finely chopped)
  • 2 green onions (chopped)
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Mexican seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon honey (I’m serious)

  • 1 seeds (finely chopped serrano chili-, and ribbing removed)
