- 14 oz. lentils (398 mL can, drained and rinsed, about 1 1/2 cups)
- 2 Tbsp. Tahini (30 mL runny)
- 3/4 tsp. fine sea salt (- 1/4 to taste)
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 cups chopped kale (-1 (40 g to 80g)stemmed and finely, optional)
