This is a pretty good manicotti recipe. If I make it again I will probably only use 1/2 the cream cheese. With the Italian sausage it was a little overpowering. I did learn something new from this recipe; cut open the manicotti shells instead of struggling to actually stuff them. I will definitely use that tip again. They were actually better as leftovers.
