Recipe link is missing... but you basically combine the butter and the corn flakes (topping) . Combine everything else in a bowl then pour into a greased 9x12 glass dish. Spread topping over it. Cook for 45 min on 350 degrees. Recipe is on the back of bag of shredded hash browns.
