    I love a good casserole. I double this for my large family. It is a crowd pleaser. I typically substitute the carrots with broccoli or corn, depending on what I have on hand, and tried both quick and semi- homemade versions.

    Good, hearty and savory, but a little bland for our tastes. I’ll add onions next time.

    It was okay.... Nothing got my tastebuds super stoked about this meal... On the plus, nobody who had it thought it was bad, nice hearty meal that's sticks with you. I added cheese to each plate pulled out, we all thought that helped some sour cream on top was great too
