This was really good even though I made some substitutions out of necessity and mistake. I cut the recipe in half and used two eggs. I didn’t reread and used yogurt instead of sour cream. I used a mixture of fat free milk and heavy cream. Chives where left out. I will definitely repeat this recipe with all the correct ingredients.
Update: I made it again days later with all the correct ingredients and it was a hit!
