Really love this dish for the Fall. The bubbly cheese with the hint of herb mixed with the squash is a winning combination. Also very much appreciated the tip of cooking it ahead and then adding the cheese mixture.

Super good!! I used heavy cream instead of the half and half, it spilled over the squash when I put it back in the oven, but that was my only complaint. Otherwise. DELICIOUS!

Delicious, was even good before the last step of cheese was added. I served it with marinara but would also be good on its own as a side dish.

So easy and delicious! I skipped and half and half, just added a splash of whole milk! Also added some shredded chicken for protein! My husband loved it!

This was my first time trying spaghetti squash and it was very good! I've never liked any type of yellow squash, but I'm so glad that I tried it! Watch out zucchini, I may have a new favorite!
