I made these for our New Years Eve party and everybody loved them. I didn't use as much mayo as the recipe calls for but they were still really moist and delicious. I used extra large shrimp and removed the tails and butterflied them so that the shrimp laid almost flat. It was so easy and so yummy! Will definitely make again soon!
