wonderful... can add chicken or turkey if you don't want meatless. Or add mushrooms, tomato or even green peppers. So easy to make.

delicious. i used frozen spinach, nuftachel cream cheese and fat free mozarella cheese.

Amazing!!!! Used kale instead of spinach, added fresh cherry tomatoes after it was done cooking. My man couldn't get enough of it and has already asked me to make it again. Delish!!

I had only tried a spaghetti squash recipe once before, and I hated it. This was great! I substituted half & half for the cream (what I had on hand), did an extra teaspoon of cream cheese (the sauce was too soupy with just half & half), and slightly more garlic. Didn't chop the spinach at all, just let it wilt. Next time I'll probably use a little more parmesan & garlic, as well as add sun-dried tomatoes.
