This recipe is really easy and super yummy.
Ingredients

1 SERVINGS
- 1 egg (Hard Bold)
- 1 mayonnaise (Spoon)
- 1 pickle relish (Spoon)
- 1/2 salsa (Spoon)
- 3 mustard (Squirts)
- pepper
- spices
- sourdough bread (Sandwich works too)
- shredded cheese

Directions
- Sprinkle cheese on the bread and put in a toaster oven. Set toast timer to dark.
- Mash up the shell-less egg with a fork.
- Add the mayonnaise, mustard, salsa, relish and mix.
- Add salt and pepper and spices to taste, mix. For spices I use, Lemon and Pepper, Roast Garlic and Herb, Paprika, and I add a dash of Tobacco Pepper Sauce.
- After the bread is done spread the egg salad on one slice. You can save half, make another sandwich, or use it as dip.
