- 2 cans artichokes (quartered, drained well)
- 8 oz. reduced fat cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt (sour cream or mayo would also work)
- 1/2 lemon
- 4 green onions (sliced and dark green parts reserved for garnish, optional)
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 handful parsley (chopped)
- worcestershire
- 1 tsp. old bay seasoning
- 8 oz. shredded cheese (I used half cheddar, half Monterrey jack)
- 8 oz. crab (lump)
