Great! Low effort for a tasty meal (I just use frozen precooked grilled chicken when I'm feeling lazy)! I usually need to add more spices but that's a personal pref.

This recipe reminds us of a burrito bowl from Qdoba. We really like it and it is pretty simple to make. It's a good weeknight dinner, especially if you already have some grilled or baked chicken.
