- 6 oz. STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
- 1 1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-size pieces)
- 16 oz. frozen broccoli florets (thawed, drained)
- 10.75 oz. reduced sodium condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta (cut into 1/2-inch cubes)

Directions
- Heat oven to 400ºF.
- Prepare stuffing as directed on package.
- Combine remaining ingredients; spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Top with stuffing.
- Bake 40 min. or until chicken is done.

2 stars for how incredibly easy it is, but the flavor was just not there. Made as directed and probably won't make again.

This was a pretty good combination of flavors. The weather is too hot for the oven right now so I made a "stovetop" version, cooking the brocolli separate, then adding some water to thin the sauce. I mixed in the broccoli after the sauce was creamy and pushed it to one side of the pan. Then I mixed the stuffing mix with the sauce on the other side. covered it and took it off the heat until done. Hubby and I both liked it. No leftovers :-)
