These are incredible! I was looking for something to make with my leftover rotisserie and came across this recipe. I'm not a fan of mayo so I subbed bolthouse farms salsa verde Greek yogurt dressing and skipped the onion because I was lazy. Did everything else and man it was delish! Keeper recipe for sure! Oh I used toasted English muffins
