I made this and everyone enjoyed it. I used rotisserie chicken. I didn’t have any herb cream cheese so I used plain and added fresh garlic to the sauce. Other than that, I followed the recipe. Next time, I’d probably reduce the amount of ricotta to half a cup and add some breadcrumbs to the top for a little texture. This was very easy to prepare. I’ll probably add this to our monthly rotation.
