Turned out wonderful I cooked the chicken in the crock pot with the seasonings then it shredded really easy and already had the flavors cooked into the meat . Everyone seemed to enjoy it in will make it again!

Great recipe! Definitely will make again . I atopped the enchiladas with fresh jalepenos and scallions . I had avocados but didn’t have lime to help preserve the avocados.

The family loved it! I did add extra cheese (my family loves cheese!) I also added onion and bell pepper, husbands request.
