- 1 cup reduced fat shredded cheese (* I used a 3 cheese blend)
- 3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 16 oz. chicken (cooked cubed)
- 3 cups broccoli (fresh, *frozen should work as well)

This turned out SOOOO good! Not bland at all. I thought it was filled with flavour. I wanted to lick the sauce off my plate. My kids who can be very picky, loved it. Definitely adding this to my weekly dinners.

Easy. People pleaser with cheese and more cheese. Bland but each person can add more pepper or hot sauce to their own serving. Added rosemary to the potatoes before roasting but still needed more pizazz. Might consider adding tin foil for the final 30 min oven time, cus it dried out a bit.
