Delicious! I used a pink salt and pepper blend for the special seasoning. Plus Panko bread crumbs and jasmine rice. Made a double batch in a 9x13 pan.

This was amazing! I did exactly what the directions said and everything came out perfect. I did cook the success 10 min rice prior before adding into the glass dish. The cheese I used was a tri-mexican shredded cheese and it added a great flavor and chicken thigh slices/pieces were delicious and broccoli was cooked perfect.
