  • 1/4 cup fresh basil (chopped)

  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1 ounce ginger syrup (recipe above)

  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup salsa verde
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
  • 1/2 cup frozen peaches (or pureed fresh)
  • 1/4 cup sugar (Torani, free mango flavored syrup, see post for alternate recipe)
  • 1/4 cup bourbon
  • 1/2 cup vodka
  • 2 tablespoons sugar substitute (granulated, I used Swerve)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 24 ounces seltzer water (mandarin flavored)
  • 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream (low carb)
  • 2 ounces vanilla flavored vodka
  • 12 ounces root beer (diet vanilla)
  • 1 ounce vodka (Tito's is my current fave)
  • 2 ounces apple cider
  • 1 ounce cranberry juice
  • 1/2 ounce cointreau (or triple sec)
