horribly wrong, it was like a wet paper that never dried. tired a hot pan, crape pan and then moved over to a mini waffle maker which make it somewhat edible so i would likely not be trying this ever sorry

As a seasoned cook, this was not worth the time, ingredients and energy spent. The patties fell apart making them more a "cauliflower crumble " The were also vey bland and tasteless even though I added extra seasonings.

Great recipe. Took a little to figure out when to flip them so they wouldn’t fall apart. You have to let them brown quite a bit. I guess you could add a little more egg and bread crumbs to keep them from falling apart.

Awesome every time. I add hot sauce to give them heat!!! We make these yummy patties often. Great snacks too.
