They were ok. The recipe was quick and easy but hard to tell if they were dry enough / done. My husband wasn’t a huge fan of the texture but he is very sensitive to such things

I liked them a lot, though I do like cauliflower. My adult son, who is not a veggie fan, tried one without knowing what they were and liked them. When I told him what was in them he still ate 4 more.

Absolutely wonderful! I added a little salt and pepper. I have 4 kids and all of them approved.
