This is a great dish. I add onions and red peppers and celery to this for a twist. yum yum. I don't blanch the veggies just throw them all together in a casserole dish I microwave for about 5 min. Then I top with crackers and finish it off in oven.

great, healthy, pretty easy to make and good taste. I ended up spicing it up a bit -- next time I may use seasoned salt or add a pinch of cayenne -- but overall this is a dish I will definitely make again!
