    Quick and easy to make, maybe I'll add more seasoning next time. A tad bit bland for my liking, but a nice easy side to wipe up quickly.

    good fresh alternative to the boxed rice sidedishes-probably takes equal the amount of time to fix either and this is fresher.
    awesome, i halved it and added a cup of broccol. totally making full vstch again tomorrow!

    It turned out pretty good. I didn't need to cook it for as long as the instructions suggest and it was a little bland.

    Prettt good. I used chicken broth which was yummy but should have used medium or mild cheddar not sharp cheddar. Would be good with some chicken in it as well.

    Great recipe! I used Parmesan cheese instead and it worked well.
    It was edible. I didnt have enpugh cheddar so I improvised and added mozzarella cheese too. I definitely will use cheddar only next time.

    It was good! I added some leftover chicken to make it a bit more filling. it was a bit like macaroni and cheese, which is my favorite ☺ however, it definitely needed more liquid than the recipe said, I ended up adding the broth, plus an additional cup and a half of water.

    It turned out great!! This recipe is delicious!
    I added garlic and onion (sautéed and then cooked with the quinoa and broccoli) and had to use gruyère (cheddar doesn’t exist where I live). I still found the recipe rather bland. I’m going to try it with Parmesan next time and that might add the necessary flavor.

    it was alright. i added some chilli flakes. wouldn't make again.
    Loved it! Although, I did add 4 cloves of garlic. I would definitely make this again!

    I used sharp cheddar and threw in an extra handful and it was really good! Not quite as good refrigerated and reheated, though, so eat fresh if possible! Could also use a little extra flavor.

    As someone who cook both of these foods quite often I was very disappointed with this recipe. It came out bitter and quite sour. This could have been from a multitude of factors. Either way, this will not be a repeat dish.

    My first time doing quinoa really yummy recipe you can add a bit of herbs to make it more flavorful or maybe some garlic.

    Super yummy! I didn’t change the recipe and I served it with sloppy joes. Great side for a lot of lunch/dinners.
