- 1 tsp. hot sauce
- 1/2 tsp. ground mustard
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- black pepper (to taste)
- 16 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup pimentos (sliced, drained and juice saved, 2 4 oz jars)
- 1 Tbsp. juice (pimento)
- 12 oz. lobster meat (steamed, torn into bite-sized pieces)
- 2 cups corn kernels (fresh or frozen, but defrosted)
- 1/2 cup green onion (chopped)
