So delicious. I didn't have cayenne pepper so I used Tony Chachere's creole seasoning. I paired this with skillet roasted sweet potatoes.

it turned out wonderfully! i made a couple of adjustments (fresh minced garlic instead of garlic powder, cajun seasoning instead of cayenne etc), the time allotment isnt enough, but we also utilized bigger boobies...so, all in all...great dinner
