- 1 pie crust (Deep-Dish, – found in the freezer section of your grocery store – should be a 9" or 10" pie crust. It will probably come two in a pack, but you only need one for this recipe. You do NOT want the rolled up refrigerated pie crust because they're usually too small for this recipe. The deep dish pie crust can hold the height of the three layers.)
- 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
- pie
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 Tbsp. all purpose flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. ground allspice
- 1 egg (lightly beaten)
- 1 1/2 cups pecans (chopped)
- 1/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup dark brown sugar (firmly packed)
- 2 Tbsp. dark corn syrup (or light)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 4 Tbsp. melted butter
