This cheesecake is delicious but cracked bad when cooling. I have done a little research and I may have over mixed it. It was also crumbly and dry which is a sign, again from a little research, of over baking. i am going to try it again with a few tweaks to see if i can turn it into a smooth cheesecake because it does taste great!
