My husband and I love the red velvet cheesecake from the Cheesecake Factory so I decided to surprise him for his birthday. This cake turned out better than the original. It seems like a lot of ingredients and directions, but it was actually pretty easy. I will not be making trips to TCF, for our favorite dessert anymore, as this surpassed taste and quality of the original
