- 1/8 tsp. freshly ground black pepper (to taste)

- 8 oz. rigatoni (or other Pasta Noodles of choice)
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 jar tomato sauce (Classico Fire Roasted, or other store bought or homemade Pasta Sauce of choice, warmed)
- 4 fresh mozzarella (Ovoline Balls cut into quarters)
- 2 Tbsp. ricotta cheese (to top)
- 2 Tbsp. shredded Parmesan cheese (to top)
- chopped basil (Finely, to top)
