    Super easy to make. I topped mine with homemade whip cream, blueberries, raspberries and mint. Instead of 1/2 cup graham I did 3/4 cup and added an extra tablespoon of butter. Definitely a recipe I’ll make over and over again. It was a hit!
    Turned out better than expected. My kids loved it.

    awesome. I would add more graham cracker crumbs for the crust next time. i have a gas oven which tends to cook foods faster, so cooked them for only 15 minutes. they were superb. i will definitely make these again!

    used dark brown sugar instead of light... definitely use light put they were still amazing!

    I'll definitely make this again, very good! My muffin tin was standard size so I learned to double the recipe going forward. I'll cook the crusts one minute less (6 minutes), as they were a tad hard, and spread a thin glaze to the tops so that the berries would stay in place (1 cup icing sugar, 2 Tbsp lemon juice, zest).
